2. Description of Service

Live Manual is a platform that enables businesses to create and manage digital product manual pages with QR code integration. The Service includes:

  • Creation and hosting of product manual pages
  • QR code generation and management
  • Analytics and tracking
  • White-label and customization options
  • API access (on eligible plans)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Types

  • User Accounts: Individual access to create and manage pages
  • Tenant Accounts: Organization-level access with user management
  • Super Admin: Platform administration access

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically enrolled in your selected subscription plan unless you cancel.

4.2 Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date.

4.3 Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
  • Violates privacy or data protection laws

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Live Manual and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Manual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Governing Law
